How do I find my A-number?
  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap General → About.
  3. Find Model Number and tap the number displayed there.
  4. It will change to a code beginning with A followed by four digits (example: A2111).
  5. Enter that code into the search field.

For a phone that won't turn on, see Apple's instructions for finding the number on the physical device.

Example: A2111 matches iPhone 11.
A-numbers vary by region. If your number isn't recognized, browse by model below or contact us.
